Einleitung

Bei Kindern stellen Duodenalverletzungen eine seltene Komplikation als Folge stumpfer Bauchtraumen dar, welche eine große Herausforderung in der Diagnostik sind, da in über 80 % der Fälle Begleitverletzungen von parenchymatösen Organen wie Milz, Leber, Niere oder Pankreas vorliegen [1] [2] [3]. Wir berichten über eine isolierte Duodenalperforation im Rahmen eines Fahrradsturzes.
