Bei schweren und schmerzhaften Verletzungen distal des Schultergelenks ist eine supraklavikuläre Blockade ein schnelles und relativ einfaches Verfahren zur Akutschmerztherapie im Rahmen der Erstversorgung und Reposition, aber auch zur anschließenden operativen Versorgung.
