Management nicht-motorischer Störungen bei Morbus Parkinson – Schritt für Schritt
Die zielgerichtete Diagnostik und der Einsatz von effektiven Therapiemethoden bei nicht-motorischen Störungen (NMS) ist ein sehr wichtiger Baustein in der Behandlung von Patient*innen mit Morbus Parkinson. Der wichtigste Schritt auf dem Weg zu einer effektiven Therapie ist, NMS zu erkennen und richtig einzuordnen. Der Artikel führt in die rationale Diagnostik ein und bietet einen Überblick über die zur Verfügung stehenden Therapiemethoden.
