Zusammenfassung

Einleitung: Leiomyosarkome der Harnblase sind seltene urologische Tumoren unklarer Ätiologie.

Kasuistiken: Es wird über Anamnese, Therapie und Verlauf von zwei Patienten mit einem Leiomyosarkom der Harnblase berichtet.

Schlussfolgerung: Anhand unserer beiden Patienten und einer Literaturübersicht werden die Behandlungsoptionen dargestellt. Bei frühzeitiger Diagnosestellung und lokalbegrenztem Tumor ist bei Erwachsenen eine radikale Zystektomie indiziert. Über adjuvante Behandlungsprotokolle in Abhängigkeit der GTNM-Kategorien und des histologischen Differenzierungsgrades werden unterschiedliche Erfolge berichtet.

Abstract

Introduction: Leiomyosarcoma of the urinary bladder is a rare cancer in urology with unknown etiology.

Case Reports: We report the medical history, therapy and follow-up of two additional patients with a leiomyosarcoma of the urinary bladder.

Conclusions: Treatment options are discussed taking into account our own experience as well as a review of the literature. If a localized tumor is diagnosed early, radical cystectomy is indicated in adults. Adjuvant therapy protocols based on GTNM-staging and grading have been employed with varying success.
