Zusammenfassung

Solide und zystische Pankreasläsionen umfassen neben dem Pankreaskarzinom eine Vielzahl von Diagnosen und können im Einzelfall zu differenzialdiagnostischen Schwierigkeiten führen. Neben der Schnittbildgebung besitzt die Endosonografie (EUS) wegen ihrer hohen Ortsauflösung und der Möglichkeit zur Gewebsdiagnostik bei der Diagnostik von soliden und zystischen Pankreasläsionen einen hohen Stellenwert. Mit der Elastografie und der kontrastverstärkten Endosonografie sind in den letzten Jahren weitere Elemente zu einer umfassenden endosonografischen Diagnostik hinzugekommen.

Summary

Solid and cystic pancreatic neoplasms include a variety of diagnoses and may lead to difficulties in differential diagnosis in particular cases. In addition to cross sectional imaging modalities endosonography contributes significantly to diagnostics for solid and cystic pancreatic lesions because of its enormous spatial resolution and the possibility for tissue sampling. In recent years elastography and contrast enhanced endosonography have become available for a complete endosonografic work-up of pancreatic lesions.
