Zusammenfassung

Das UniversitätsSpital Zürich hat vor knapp eineinhalb Jahren das Pilotptojekt „Delir-Path“ genehmigt. Die Aufgabe: Entwicklung und Implementierung einer Delirmanagement-Richtlinie zur Prävention, Früherfassung und Behandlung von Delirien mit dem Ziel, das Delirmanagement zu verbessern und das Vorkommen von Delirien bei Patienten zu verringern.
