Ein Ernährungsstil mit reichlich frischem Obst und Gemüse, gesundheitsförderlichen Fetten und Vollkornprodukten wirkt sich laut Studien schützend und positiv auf den Körper und das psychische Befinden aus. Qualität und Quantität unserer Nahrungs- und Flüssigkeitsaufnahme haben einen direkten Einfluss auf unser Gehirn. Ein spannendes Forschungsfeld, dem die Wissenschaftler nach und nach auf die Spur kommen.
