Return to Activity (RTA) ist in aller Munde. Doch nicht nur für Athlet*innen, auch für laufbegeisterte Mütter ist es wichtig zu wissen, wann sie wieder mit dem Training beginnen können. Physiotherapeut*innen können dabei helfen, diese Frage zu beantworten, und passgenaue Übungen anbieten.
