Significance

Magnetic nanoparticle (MNP) supported Pd complex 3 was prepared via cycloaddition of 1 with 2, followed by the complexation with PdCl₂(MeCN)₂. The Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction of various aryl halides with aryl boronic acids was carried out in the presence of the Pd (of MNP-supported Pd complex 3) and K₂CO₃ to give the corresponding coupling products in 83-99% yields.
