Prinzipien der Beurteilung einer Physiotherapie rheumatischer Krankheiten

Zusammenfassung

Ausgehend von dem Krankheitsbild (Schweregrad, Krankheitsdauer, Progredienzgrad, Behandlungsregion) werden die Grundsätze einer Physiotherapiebeurteilung in der Rheumatologie dargestellt. Physiotherapiemittel und Behandlungsserie werden im Hinblick auf eine Vergleichstherapie (Standardtherapie, Testtherapie, Plazebotherapie) interpretiert. Bei den Beurteilungskriterien werden Schmerzempfinden, Bewegungsfunktion und Entzündungsaktivität als vordergründig angesehen.

Summary

Issuing from the picture of a disease (degree of severity, duration of the disease, degree of progression, region of the therapy) the principles of a judgment of a physiotherapy in rheumatology are described. Remedies of the physiotherapy and series of treatment are explained with regard to a comparative therapy (standard therapy, test therapy, placebo therapy). In the criteria of the judgment sensation of pain, function of movement and inflammation activity are regarded as standing in the first place.
