Sonoquiz

Bei einem 43-jährigen Mann wurde wegen passagerer linksseitiger Oberbauchschmerzen eine Sonographie veranlasst. Hierbei fiel einzig der in Abb. [1] dargestellte Milzbefund auf. Sonstige Untersuchungen wie Labor, ÖGD und Koloskopie waren unauffällig. Die daraufhin durchgeführte Kontrastmittelsonographie zeigte in der Spätphase den in Abb. [2] dargestellten Befund.
