ABSTRACT

Meningiomas involving the anterior visual pathways represent a complex subcategory of intracranial meningiomas. The surgeon treating such lesions must be aware of the multiple surgical procedures that provide access to the orbit as well as the anterior, middle, and sellar fossae. In addition, familiarity with the timing, dosing, and controversies in adjunctive radiotherapy is required.
