Fragestellung
Ein 79-jähriger Patient war wegen Blutzuckerentgleisung notfallmäßig stationär aufgenommen worden. Im Verlaufe des stationären Aufenthaltes setzte er plötzlich Teerstuhl ab, der Hb-Wert fiel um 3 g/dl. Die ÖGD zeigte eine Refluxösophagitis 1. Grades. Der Patient klagte über rechtsseitige Oberbauchschmerzen, gleichzeitig fiel ein Anstieg der Cholestaseparameter im Serum auf. Die Sonographie des rechten Oberbauches ergab das folgende Bild (Abb. [1]).
