Zusammenfassung

Die CT-Kolonographie (virtuelle Endoskopie, Pneumokolon CT) ist ein vielversprechendes, neues, bildgebendes Verfahren in der Diagnostik kolorektaler Neoplasien. Sowohl für das Screening, die präoperartive Diagnostik als auch die Tumornachsorge besitzt die CT-Kolonographie ein hohes Potenzial. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden diese Aspekte anhand aktueller Ergebnisse vorgestellt und diskutiert.

Abstract

CT-Colonography (virtual colonoscopy, CT pneumocolon) is a promising new diagnostic procedure for screening, preoperative staging and follow-up of colorectal neoplasms. In this article we discuss the current and potential role of CTC.
