Zusammenfassung

Das seröse Zystadenom des Pankreaskopfes ist eine seltene, gutartige Erkrankung der Bauchspeicheldrüse. Durch radiologische Schnittbilddiagnostik, explorative Laparotomie und intraoperative Sonographie kann die Diagnose soweit gesichert werden, dass auf eine Duodenopankreatektomie zugunsten einer duodenumerhaltenden Pankreaskopfresektion verzichtet wird.

Abstract

Serous cystadenoma of the pancreas’ head is a benign lesion which seldom occurs. By computed tomography, explorative laparotomia and intraoperative ultrasound diagnosis can be verified, so that duodenum preserving pancreatic head resection can be performed to avoid duodenopancreatectomy.
