Frage: Ein Kollege hat mir berichtet, dass Pentaerithrityltetranitrat keine Toleranz erzeugen soll. Stimmt das?

Könnten Sie mir mitteilen, was ich bei der Umstellung von Dinitraten oder Mononitraten auf Pentaerithrityltetranitrat (PETN) beachten muss? Wie hoch sind die Äquivalenzdosen?
