Zusammenfassung
Der echte Pylorospasmus ist eine sehr seltene Erkrankung im Kindesalter, muß jedoch differentialdiagnostisch von der hypertrophen Pylorusstenose und Magenentleerungsstörungen anderer Ursache abgegrenzt werden. Die Diagnose wird in der Regel radiologisch gestellt, auch das EGG (Elekrogastrogramm) kann hier weiterhelfen. Die Behandlung ist medikamentös, eine Restitutio ad integrum die Regel.
Rare cause of chronically delayed gastric emptying - true pylorospasm
Summary
True pylorospasm is rare in childhood. It must be differentiated from hypertrophic pyloric stenosis and delayed gastric emptying due to other causes. The diagnosis is obtained by radiological means. Additional EGG (Electrogastrogram) mightbe helpful. In general patients recover completely with medical treatment.
