Abstract
Non-invasive cardiac imaging techniques play a major role in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease to avoid unnecessary invasive coronary angiographies. Introduction of measurement of coronary flow velocity reserve and perfusion imaging further improves the diagnostic yield of echocardiography and underlines its role as imaging modality of first choice.
