Chronisch entzündliche Darmerkrankungen treten in Industrieländern gehäuft auf. In der Therapie geht es sowohl um den akuten Schub als auch die Remissionsbehandlung. Das Assistenzpersonal übernimmt in der Patientenbetreuung eine besondere Rolle.
