Abstract

Die KHK tritt in allen Facetten auf – von einer über Jahre stabilen, konservativ behandelbaren Form bis hin zum akut behandlungsbedürftigen ACS. Die oft fließenden Übergänge sind schwierig zu erkennen. Sie erfordern eine genaue Anamnese und klinische Erfahrung des behandelnden Arztes. EKG und nicht invasive bildgebende Ischämietests können richtungsweisende Hinweise liefern. Laborschnelltests wie hochsensitives Troponin können einen Myokardschaden im Frühstadium diagnostizieren helfen. Beim ACS ist eine frühzeitige, beim STEMI die sofortige Revaskularisation anzustreben.
