Summary and Conclusion

In the Stypven activation of prothrombin to thrombin, successive steps were investigated in order to locate more precisely the action of a phosphoinositide anticoagulant. The anticoagulant effect has been located precisety at the time of interaction of activated factors X and V, calcium ions and phospholipid material. When this interaction is completed, the phosphoinositide is no longer capable of demonstrating anticoagulant activity.
