In der Erstlinientherapie des metastasierten kolorektalen Karzinoms (mCRC) ist die Gabe von Cetuximab plus CAPIRI (Capecitabin und Irinotecan) oder CAPOX (Capecitabin und Oxaliplatin) effektiv und sicher. In beiden Regimes unterschieden sich die objektive Responserate (ORR) und progressionsfreies Überleben (PFS) nicht entsprechend dem KRAS-Mutationsstatus.
