Die Nacken-Hals-Nabelschnurumschlingung (NSU) kommt bei rund ¼ aller Geburten vor. Sie kann Hebammen und Eltern verunsichern, weil die Herztöne von der Norm abweichen oder eine straffe NSU die Spontangeburt erschwert. Als Beitrag für mehr Sicherheit haben wir in unserer Bachelorarbeit nach Antworten auf Fragen gesucht: Wie entstehen NSU? Welche Auswirkungen haben NSU auf die Kinder? Wie können Hebammen bestmöglich mit NSU umgehen?
