Zusammenfassung

Bei bis zu zwei Drittel der Schlaganfallpatienten können sich im Laufe der ersten drei Wochen nach dem Insult Schulterschmerzen entwickeln. Häufig, wenngleich nicht immer, ist eine subluxierte Schulter Ursache dieser Schmerzen. Welche Interventionen stehen dem Behandlungsteam zur Verfügung?
