Zusammenfassung

Chronischer Stress hat mentale, neuronale, hormonelle und immunologische Auswirkungen, die als Neurostress bezeichnet werden. Stressoren unterschiedlichster Art aktivieren das körpereigene Stressbewältigungsprogramm, an dem Hormone, das Nervensystem und das Immunsystem maßgeblich beteiligt sind.
