Zusammenfassung
Wir berichten über den erstmalig veröffentlichten Fall einer freien, kombinierten osteo-tendo-cutanen Lappenplastik aus der medialen Femur Kondylen-Region zur Defektdeckung nach IV. gradig offener Fraktur des I. Mittelfußknochens mit deutlichem Knochen- und Weichteildefekt am dorso-medialen Vorfuß.
Abstract
For the first time we present the case of a microsurgical reconstruction with an osteo-tendo-cutaneous free flap harvested from the medial femoral condyle for the coverage of a bone-tendon-soft tissue defect of the foot.�
