Significance

This publication describes the enantioselective radical conjugate addition of α-phosphoric enone templates by the zinc-bisoxazoline complex. Moreover, when allyltributylstannane was used as the radical trapping agent, the allylation products were obtained with high diastereo- and enantioselectivities. A tetrahedral transition state was proposed to explain the facial selectivity.
