Notfallsonografie – RUSH-Protokoll – Schritt für Schritt
Patienten im undifferenzierten Schock profitieren von einer schnellen und zielgerichteten Diagnostik und Therapie. Dabei ist die Notfallsonografie ein effektives Tool, um die Schockursachen einzugrenzen. Notfallmediziner nutzen dafür bereits seit vielen Jahren unterschiedliche standardisierte Untersuchungsabläufe [1] [2] [3]. Das Protokoll "Rapid Ultrasound in Shock and Hypotension" (RUSH) ist ein weltweit etabliertes notfallsonografisches Protokoll zur systematischen und schnellen Untersuchung hämodynamisch instabiler Patienten [4] [5] [6].
