Das GRADE-System und die Bewertung der Evidenz

Evidenz ist in aller Munde und dies nicht nur im Rahmen der Evidence-based Medicine. Wissenschaftliches Arbeiten basiert auf Evidenz, eine wissenschaftliche Sichtweise ist ohne Evidenz nicht möglich. Aber was bedeutet eigentlich Evidenz im Therapiekontext und wie wird sie gemessen und was bedeutet dabei der GRADE-Ansatz?
