Senolytika: Die Flavonole Fisetin und Quercetin

Zusammenfassung

Flavonole stellen eine große Gruppe der Flavonoide dar, die zu den Polyphenolen gehören. Typische Vertreter der Flavonole sind Quercetin und Fisetin, denen eine Vielzahl gesundheitlich positiver Wirkungen nachgewiesen wurden. Dazu zählen z. B. antioxidative, entgiftungsfördernde, immunmodulierende, antientzündliche, neuro- und kardioprotektive Eigenschaften. Studien deuten auf den Einfluss von Fisetin auf Nervenzellen hin. Quercetin und Fisetin zeigen zudem senolytische Eigenschaften.
