Die Aspergillose kommt bei Ziervögeln häufig vor, Graupapageien, Blaustirnamazonen und Rotsteißpapageien sind besonders empfänglich. Teil 1 dieses Beitrags gibt einen Überblick über Ätiologie, Pathogenese, Immunantwort und klinische Symptome dieser Pilzerkrankung bei Ziervogelpatienten.
