Thoraxchirurgie in der Kleintierchirurgie – Thorakoskopie vs. Thorakotomie

Manchmal ist zur weiteren Diagnostik ein chirurgischer Zugang zum Thorax erforderlich. Doch welche Anforderungen stellen die konventionelle Thorakotomie oder die minimalinvasive Thorakoskopie an den Praktiker? Beide Methoden werden anhand konkreter Beispiele verglichen und Entscheidungshilfen zur Wahl der geeigneten Methode geboten.
