SOP Obere Sprunggelenks-Distorsion

Banal oder doch komplex? Sprunggelenksverletzungen sind ein sehr häufiger Vorstellungsgrund bei Erstversorgern und in der Notaufnahme. Davon machen Distorsionsverletzungen mit Dehnung, partieller oder Komplettruptur des lateralen Bandapparates, einen großen Prozentsatz aus. Fehldiagnostik und unzureichende Behandlung können für Patienten langwierige Folgen haben.
