Robot-Assisted Right Hemi-HepatectomyEinleitung
Minimalinvasive Leberresektionen haben eine geringere Morbidität, einen geringeren Blutverlust und eine kürzere Krankenhausverweildauer bei gleichen onkologischen Ergebnissen wie offene Lebereingriffe [1], [2], [3]. Technisch können alle Lebersegmente einzeln oder in verschiedenen Segmentkombinationen minimalinvasiv reseziert werden [4]. Innovative chirurgische Strategien machen zunehmend große minimalinvasive Leberresektionen bis hin zum In-situ-Splitting (ALLPS) möglich.
