Over-the-Scope-Clips – Schritt für Schritt
Over-the-Scope-Clips (OTSC) sind fester Bestandteil der endoskopischen Therapie von gastrointestinalen Perforationen und schweren/therapierefraktären Blutungen. Die Anwendung ist technisch einfach und häufig hocheffektiv, wenn herkömmliche Therapieverfahren versagen. In diesem Beitrag wird der Gebrauch des OTSC-Systems schrittweise erläutert, wobei sich die Anleitung auf die genannten Anwendungsgebiete fokussiert.
