Die Endometritis stellt die Hauptursache für eine reduzierte Fruchtbarkeit der Stute dar und wird bei 25 – 60% der güsten Stuten beobachtet. Die Identifizierung der Endometritisursache, das Bedeckungs-/Besamungsmanagement und die gezielte Therapie sind essentiell für den Trächtigkeitserfolg dieser Problemstuten.
