Milzruptur als seltene Komplikation bei der Koloskopie

Zusammenfassung

Die Milzverletzung ist eine seltene Komplikation der Koloskopie. Wir berichten über den Fall einer 80-jährigen Patientin, bei der es als Folge einer unkompliziert verlaufenen Koloskopie zu einer Milzruptur kam. Häufigkeit, Mechanismen, diagnostische und therapeutische Konsequenzen werden diskutiert.

Abstract

Splenic injury is a rare complication of colonoscopy. We report a case of an 80-year-old woman with splenic rupture after an uneventful colonoscopy. Frequency, mechanisms, diagnostic and therapeutic consequences are discussed.
