Im Szenario der Nierentransplantation lassen sich durch eine verbesserte immunologische Diagnostik (hoch) immunisierte Patienten zunehmend identifizieren. In diesem Beitrag wird der aktuelle Stand in Diagnostik und Therapie dieser Patientengruppe analysiert und es werden die Grenzen derzeitiger Therapieansätze dargestellt.
Kidney recipients with (high) immunological risk are increasingly identified based on improved immunological diagnostics. The state of the art concerning diagnostics, stratification of risk and therapeutic options of this patient group as well as limitations of the current therapeutic approach is analyzed.
