Zusammenfassung
Zur Erzielung sportlicher Höchstleistungen müssen der Aufbau des Bewegungsapparats, Stoffwechselfunktionen, Energiestoffwechsel und Regeneration optimiert werden. Entscheidende Bedeutung kommt dabei der ausreichenden Versorgung mit Nährstoffen zu. Biotuning – gezielte Nährstoffsubstitution zur Leistungssteigerung – sollte stets auf der Basis von Laboranalysen erfolgen.
