Die chronische Niereninsuffizienz ist eine komplexe Erkrankung. Auf der Suche nach der optimalen Therapie gibt es verschiedene Ansatzpunkte. Viel diskutiert wurde in den letzten Jahren die Anämietherapie und die neuen Leitlinien zu den Mineralstoff- und Knochenerkrankungen.
