Evidenzbasiertes und individualisiertes Training für Schmerzpatient*innen
Die wissenschaftliche Datenlage zeigt, dass körperliche Aktivität nicht immer das Allheilmittel gegen chronische muskuloskelettale Schmerzen ist. Auch im Praxisalltag wird deutlich, dass ein „Training von der Stange“ kontraproduktiv sein kann. Um die Effektivität einer Bewegungsintervention zu steigern, gibt es „maßgeschneiderte“ Möglichkeiten. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die funktionelle Ausgangssituation der Patient*innen, ihr Coping-Verhalten, Bewegungspräferenzen und -strategien sowie Lebensstilfaktoren.
