Mit Interesse haben wir den Artikel der Arbeitsgruppe um die Professoren Maintz und Güll gelesen, die in 2 Publikationen über den magnetresonanzgesteuerten hochintensiven fokussierten Ultraschall(MRg-HIFU) berichten; im Teil 1 [1] über die technischen Aspekte und die etablierten Applikationen, in einem zweiten Artikel mit einem Überblick über neue Anwendungsgebiete [2]. Wir möchten den Autoren zuerst zu diesem gelungenen Überblick gratulieren.
