Dear readers and authors,

As announced in the July issue of our journal, the future submission of manuscripts to Planta Medica will be supported by an online submission system.

Beginning from October 1^st, 2004, authors are asked to submit their manuscripts exclusively via this internet site:

http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/plamed

Beginning with this date, no paper copies will be accepted any more. For further information, please see the instructions to authors as published in this issue. Any technical question regarding the submission will be answered at the system's helpdesk (see the link ”Get Help Now” at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/plamed).

We are confident that our authors will appreciate the fact that the manuscript submission to Planta Medica will now be handled in a comfortable way.
