Coagulopathies et Carcinomes Riches en Mucopolysaccharides

Résumé

Trois cas d’adénocarcinome mucipare sont rapportés. Ils ont en commun une importante dissémination hématogène de la tumeur et des thromboses. Chez deux d’entre eux, révolution se complique d’une diathèse hémorragique. L’autopsie révèle une précipitation massive de fibrine dans le système artériolocapillaire viscéral. Cette dyscrasie est classée dans le groupe des coagulopathies par consommation. Le rôle pathogénique des mucines tumorales dans la genèse des thromboses est discuté.
