Adjuvante Therapie bei posttraumatischer Belastungsstörung

Bei der Behandlung posttraumatischer Belastungsstörungen (PTBS) stellen traumafokussierte Psychotherapieverfahren die Methode der ersten Wahl dar. Obwohl diese Verfahren nachweislich zu einer starken Symptomreduktion führen, bildet sich die PTBS-Symptomatik nicht bei allen Betroffenen vollständig zurück. Erste Befunde zum Einsatz von adjuvanten Therapieverfahren in der PTBS-Behandlung verweisen auf vielversprechendes Potenzial zur Steigerung der Wirksamkeit etablierter Verfahren.
