Zusammenfassung

Der gelatinös-zystische Nävus stellt histologisch und biomikroskopisch eine äußerst charakteristische Form des Bindehautnävus dar. Die Indikation zum aktiven Vorgehen (Exzisions- oder Inzisionsbiopsie) wird an Hand des Berichtes über zwei Patienten besprochen.

Summary

The gelatinous cystic nevus is both histologically and biomicroscopically a very typical form of conjunctival nevus. A report on two cases serves to illustrate the indications for an operative procedure. In one case an incisional biopsy was performed, in the other an excisional biopsy. In neither case was there any histological evidence of malignancy.
