Das diffus infiltrativ wachsende Retinoblastom ist wegen eines Pseudohypopyon und einer Glaskörperinfiltration mit Uveitiden zu verwechseln. Da eine zu späte Diagnose das Leben der betroffenen Kinder gefährdet, wird das seltene und ungewöhnliche Krankheitsbild an 2 Fällen demonstriert.

Summary

The diffuse infiltrative retinoblastoma closely resembles uveitis, because of a pseudohypopyon and vitreous infiltration. Since late diagnosis endangers the lives of the children affected, the authors describe two cases of this rare and unusual clinical picture.
