Handgelenkarthroskopie: Aussage des MRT verglichen mit der Arthrographie und tatsächlicher Befund bei der Arthroskopie - Eine Studie der Jahre 1998 bis 2003

Zusammenfassung

Von 1998 bis 2003 wurden am Donauspital SMZ‐Ost der Stadt Wien 62 Arthroskopien des Handgelenkes durchgeführt. Anhand der Krankengeschichten wurde untersucht, ob die präoperativ durchgeführte Arthrographie beziehungsweise Magnetresonanztomographie (MRT) in Bezug auf Verletzungen des Discus ulnocarpalis oder der skapholunären Bänder in der Arthroskopie ein vergleichbares Ergebnis ergab und inwieweit die Arthrographie oder MRT präoperativ als effektiv gelten können.

Abstract

Between 1998 and 2004, 62 arthroscopies of the wrist were performed in the Vienna Danube Hospital. We examined if preoperative arthrography or magnet resonance tomography showed the same results concerning lesions of the discus ulnocarpalis or the scapholunate ligaments as did the arthroscopy and whether these two examinations are a good preoperative diagnostic instrument.
