Zusammenfassung
Die phlegmonöse Infektion der Bauchdecke mit Hautweichteilnekrose nach Abdominoplastik stellt eine schwere Komplikation der Wundheilung dar. Ihre Behandlung erfordert ein mehrzeitiges chirurgisches Vorgehen. Die V.A.C.®-Therapie stellt dabei eine sinnvolle Alternative zur üblichen offenen Wundbehandlung dar.
Abstract
Infected defects with tissue defects of the abdomial wall after abdomioplasty are a severe complication. Management of these progessive infections involves multiple step surgery. V.A.C.®-therapy could be an alternative to open wound treatment.
