Therapeutic effect analysis of different microsurgery on the treatment ofearly glottis laryngeal cancer
Objective. To explore the surgical method selection and curative effect of minimally invasive treatment of glottis laryngeal cancer. Methods. Retrospective analysis of 71 cases of early glottic laryngeal cancer treated by our department from 2011 to 2017 (Stage:TisN0M0, T1N0M0, T2N0M0). According to the lesion tissue and its corresponding safety margin, it is standard to support laryngeal endoscopy and microscopical exposure, all under the microscope,18 cases of CO2 laser surgery, CO2 laser combined with low-temperature plasma surgery for 44 cases. Contrast two methods of operation efficacy, the comparison of matched data was tested by X2. Results. All patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years after surgery. Under the microscope, 2 of the patients with CO2 laser surgery were treated with recurrence (recurrence rate 11.1%) and cure rate (88.9%). Under the microscope, the combination of CO2 laser combined with low-temperature plasma surgery, the recurrence rate (recurrence rate 9.1),(cure rate 90.9%). The difference was not statistically significant (X2 = 2.25, P > 0.05). Conclusion. Early glottis type of throat cancer minimally invasive treatment according to expose laryngeal lesion condition, can choose the microscope CO2 laser surgery procedures or microscope CO2 laser combined with low temperature plasma surgery procedures, can achieve good curative effect.
